Fitness on the Go Franchise Expands into Quebec market.

Fitness on the Go Delivers to Quebec

After years of getting British Columbians in shape, Fitness on the Go is
ready to take on the rest of the country.

For the first time ever, the Vancouver-born company is expanding beyond it's
British Columbian borders, with franchises set to open in Quebec this September.

With franchises currently serving Vancouver, Kelowna, Vernon and Victoria,
the expansion marks the first time the B.C.-based business is opening
outside of the province.

The expansion isn't stopping there, according to owner and
president Dan Mez. Fresh off a recent appearance on CBC TV's Dragons' Den
set to air this fall, he plans to continue the expansion trend and open more
franchises in provinces across the country.

Two years ago, Mez looked to B.C.-based 1-800-GOT-JUNK? for guidance.
Now, Fitness on the Go is set to follow in the footsteps of fellow B.C.-born businesses
like Lululemon and Nurse Next Door and gain national recognition.

Fitness on the Go was created in 2005 when Mez realized the fitness industry
was making exercise more complicated than it needed to be. The company,
which specializes in in-home personal training, sends certified personal
trainers to client's homes to guide them through a safe and effective
workout on their own schedule.

It's one-of-a-kind unique approach to fitness has helped thousands of British Columbians to
reach their fitness goals, and catapult it ahead of the competitors and spark country-wide interest in the company.
