Unlike other pizzas, Flying Wedge does not throw raw ingredients together with processed cheeses, bland sauces and ready-made dough. We strive to use only 100% natural ingredients on our award-winning creations. Our pizzas are made fresh daily at each location and every single pizza is constructed by hand. Add this to the astonishing sizes of our Wedge slices and pies (our extra-large pizzas average between 6.0 to 6.5 lbs and our Wedges weigh up to 3/4 of a pound)...You begin to realize the meaning of great pizza.

Our Field operations team provides you with new restaurant opening assistance, in-store visits, new product and POS training, business development, merchandising, administration and human resources coaching and development.
Our marketing department is dedicated to maintaining the Flying Wedge brand image and markets your business through our Internet On-Line Ordering, Loyalty Card and e-mail marketing programs. Franchisee's receive Local Store marketing support through our library of point-of-sale and advertising materials and templates, product promotions and direct mail programs. Each quarter a new menu and in-store marketing materials are developed and a support media is selected to compliment the National programs.
