Grand Oak provides a full range of landscape maintenance services to meet the needs of today’s busy home owners that still want their properties looking professionally maintained year round but don’t have the time, skill or energy to do it themselves. We have built our success around our clients who are willing to pay a little more to receive our high levels of professional service, personalized attention and genuine customer care.

Franchise Support & Guidance

Grand Oak recognizes that some new franchisees may be first time business owners and we therefore provide a comprehensive hands-on training experience for our new franchisees.

This would include up to a week of classroom work on accounting, administration, staffing, maintenance, safety and business planning, a week of in-field training with us followed by another week of our guidance and training in your own territory.

Grand Oak also provides full operational support from the time that your franchise is awarded through your business planning, staff hiring, sales and marketing. You’ll learn how the details of marketing and operating the system can make all the difference in developing a profitable business. Grand Oak will provide you with a complete set of operational and procedural manuals that have been professional developed to be detailed yet easy to read.

You will also continue to receive hands on operational support for as long as you’re a Grand Oak franchisee.

Grand Oak provides the owner operator a rewarding business opportunity with excellent growth potential in today’s marketplace. Since a large part our business comes from middle aged and retiree clients, Grand Oak franchises will benefit from the aging demographics of Canada’s growing and aging baby boomer population.

We are currently focused on franchising territories in the Ontario marketplace where we can easily provide continued, hands-on training and support to our franchisees. Opportunities outside of Ontario can be considered on a case by case basis with Grand Oak management.
