The advertising fee that our franchisees pay is allocated throughout the Joeys system in multiple advertising promotions. Our initiatives are coordinated by our marketing department with help from the Joey’s Franchise Advisory Board.
A great food franchise requires great foundations. Without well trained partners we would not have the levels of success we currently have today. That’s why all our franchisees go though our rigorous five-week training course at our corporate training facility in Calgary, AB. Our detailed curriculum covers food production, quality and service control, staff recruitment and retention, and financial management.
Our operations team is always on hand for our partners when they open their restaurant, and they spend as long as two weeks on site after the grand opening to make sure everything is running smooth and meeting our standards of excellence.
