Sunshine Grounds Care Expands to Offer Services in Aurora
Marco Ritacca opens a new Sunshine Grounds Care Franchise location in Aurora, Ontario

Aurora, ON - Sunshine Grounds Care was pleased to welcome Marco Ritacca as their newest franchisee on March 23, 2009. Marco will provide outstanding summer and winter grounds care services for the Aurora and Richmond Hill areas of Ontario.
Since joining the Sunshine franchise family, Marco has found more time for his own growing family.
"I finally have weekends and evenings off ...a huge advantage with a two year old son and a baby on the way," said the new owner. "The decision to re-brand has improved my quality of life and completely changed my outlook on life, family and work. For the first time in a long time I have been able to put my family first."

Previously an independent grounds care company owner, Marco decided to purchase the rights to operate a Sunshine Grounds Care franchise when it seemed that everywhere he looked he saw another Sunshine grounds team.
"A time came when I decided 'If I can't beat them, I'll join them."
Becoming part of the Sunshine brand has been a great help for Marco in running his business. Besides enjoying the value of added purchasing power for his franchise, Marco says: "More importantly, it's very comforting to know that I can lean on our executive team as well as other franchisees when I have a question or problem. There is definitely strength in numbers. Even though I had been in this industry for a number of years, I still had questions that I couldn't answer on my own and that competitors of course wouldn't help me answer."
