Concierge Home Services Awarded Highest Honour By Better Business Bureau
(Ottawa, October 23, 2009) The Better Business Bureau of Eastern Ontario held their annual Torch Award ceremony this week, which recognizes companies who displays outstanding marketplace ethics. Concierge Home Services won in the Medium/Large Business category. “We are so proud that our system of policies and procedures has received this prestigious award for the second time.” says President Rebecca Page. Concierge Home Services previously received the 2004 Torch Award in the Small Business category, making it the only company to have won this honour twice.
The BBB judges companies on their customer service procedures, quality controls, and staff relationships. “This truly validates the uniqueness of our business model, and the value of our culture of integrity” notes Steve Mockett, Manager of Operations. Key managers and Ottawa-area franchisees celebrate the award at the event in Ottawa.
