PROSHRED® Acquires Local Shredding CompanyThe Triangle-based franchise of PROSHRED® Security has purchased DocuShred.
DocuShred was founded by Bruce Hill to provide on-site document destruction to customers in the greater Raleigh area. PROSHRED® franchise owner Jim Klemes says “This acquisition will increase the geographic reach of ProShred and allow us to enhance the already excellent customer service level provided by all PROSHRED® franchises in America. With PROSHRED®, you will have the advantages of a locally owned and operated franchise backed by an international company. ” Bruce Hill will continue to work with Jim Klemes and PROSHRED® Security in shredding services.
