EDUCATE: From the moment we take your keys and drive your vehicle into one of our bays, our mission is to educate. Today's consumer wants maintenance services that are quick and convenient and want to feel safe when they drive.
 
TRUST: The industry has been tainted, as most people don't trust automotive service centres. We earn their trust. Every service begins with a 21 point inspection. Information relating to their make and model is provided by a state of the art computer datebase that's updated monthly. We recommend services based on the manufacturer's suggested maintenance schedules, free of charge. We're not pushy salespeople, selling for the sake of driving up our ticket average. We believe consumers have the right to make well-informed decision, on their timetable and budget.
 
MODULAR: We have designed a state of the art modular building that is practical and affordable. Our turnkey business opens fully stocked, ready for business, for less than half the cost of our major competitors. Our franchisees pay less rent, service less debt and operate at a much lower breakeven point, which enables them to operate in markets where they have little or no competition.
 
RESEARCH: We analyze every market with assistance from MAP INFO. We've spent endless hours modelling our customer through focus groups, demographic analysis, right down to the age, make and model of their car. Once a market has been identified, we identify high profile real estate, enter long term leases and guarantee each Lease.
