Real Property Management (RPM), the largest residential property management company in North America, welcomes five new locations across Canada in April, 2018. With two new openings in Alberta, two in Ontario, and one in BC; RPM shows that strong franchise expansion is business as usual for them.

Husband and wife, Romania Leo and Ray Luc are now in charge of the Calgary location. Romania has always been linked to the realty world having been a Realtor herself since her 20s. Her husband Ray is a professional engineer with a solid background in project management. “As a realtor, my specialization has been in first-time home buyers and investors.”, she explains. “That’s where I assist my clients, helping them with the most emotional purchase of their life and being their go-to when it comes to taking care of their biggest asset”.

Louis Lim from Edmonton joined the Alberta franchise network, he brings more than a decade of experience in the hospitality and service industry. “I look forward to working with property investors in the community,” indicates Lim. “RPM will be able to give them a sense of security, and maximize their returns, all while providing the best value and service in the industry.”

Fady Gayed, a former project manager and professional engineer, is now in charge of the Ottawa territory. “Property management requires a high degree of responsibility and problem solving, which is what I enjoy” says Gayed. “My tenants can tell that I really care and joining RPM will allow me to deliver an even higher level of service.”

Shawn Allen, a real estate investor will be joined by Julia Schlieman who brings a significant experience in professional real estate. Both have opened the brand new territory of Woodstock, Ontario. “Property management is often done on a part-time and informal basis,” explains Allen. “RPM Alliance will stand out from the competition because we will raise the bar for quality of service offered to our clients. We plan to cater to the small residential landlord.”

Chris Clarke who has a strong background in negotiating commercial contracts, is the new RPM face in Port Moody and the Tri-City area in BC. “The more I discovered about RPM, the more I came to believe that RPM offered me everything I was striving to develop in terms of excellence in service. I was so impressed that I decided to do everything in my power to become part of the RPM team” says Chris.
