Jerry Cooper has recently been granted the franchise for London
West and Susan Bridges has been awarded the Comfort Keepers
franchise for Cambridge– Brantford, Ontario. Both Jerry and
Susan recently attended training at the Comfort Keepers Canada
office. Rosie Vishram and partner Shabina Rajani will be opening
shortly in South Edmonton. Together, they all represent a growing
number of franchisees that have been recently been granted a
franchise license for Comfort Keepers in Canada.
The number of enquires has grown dramatically in the past year as
people see the aging population on the rise and the growing need.
Statistics Canada predicts the amount of seniors will increase from
13% in 2006 to 21% in 2026.

Two such recent alliances include being approved as the official national supplier for the Canadian Institute for the Blind. Comfort Keepers caregivers have received special training for working with the seeing impaired. As well, Comfort Keepers has been approved as the home care vendor for the Blue Cross program. Through Blue Advantage Comfort Keepers provides special discounts to its 8 million members.
