We’ve been in the home remodeling business for over 25 years. We became Premier Garage franchisees 7 years ago, as we loved helping people get organized by adding cabinets and liquid flooring to their garages. When Tailored Living purchased Premier Garage we were very excited but had no idea what our company would look like and how it would change under the new ownership and with all of the additional products like closets, Murphy beds, home offices, mud rooms, and pantries. We can say that after almost two years, we are excited to be a part of this franchise and can’t wait to see what the future holds.
The support team has been invaluable in helping us with sales, marketing, advertising, staff management, and training. It’s as if we have seasoned employees with years of experience and knowledge beyond our base…without having to pay their salaries! We appreciate the balance we have by being able to run our business our way, on our schedule, but having the support staff to call on when they are needed.
They systems are tested and proven successful, and the design and CRM software give us a huge advantage in the marketplace. Tailored Living has a strong vision and constantly strives to achieve that vision. Since we’ve been with the franchise, they’ve definitely put their money where their mouth is. Tailored Living’s knows that by helping each local franchisee achieve their goals, that they can achieve their vision, and so far they’ve been right on the mark.
