O’burger is a great concept – it combines delicious gourmet burgers with quick service in a comfortable atmosphere. You get to have a great Angus Beef patty with all fresh ingredients like fresh mushrooms a variety of real cheeses.
BeTheBoss: Tell us about your background and experience.
I am a professional who works in IT, and wanted to invest in a unique franchise in Montreal. I owned a coffee shop franchise about 15 years ago as well.
BeTheBoss: What attracted you to the O’burger franchise?
The concept and of course the burgers themselves.
BeTheBoss: What kind of support did you receive from O’burger to help you get started?
The support has been great, in terms of training, new product introduction and marketing campaigns - the team is always available.
BeTheBoss: Why did you franchise a second O’burger store?
An opportunity to open a second franchise was available and we jumped on the opportunity to invest in a new store given our happiness and success with our first location.
BeTheBoss: What are some of your favourite things about your O’burger experience?
The great people that support the franchise and the great response from our customers make it all worthwhile.
BeTheBoss: What does O’burger offer that its competition can’t?
We offer quality hamburger or chicken burger meat with all fresh ingredients in a fast food environment in a stylish settings and great service.
BeTheBoss: Is there anything special about a O’burger customer?
The great thing about O’burger customer is the fact that you can find the young and the old, the sophisticated and the common, the chic and the hip all in one place enjoying a good burger. We appeal to a wide audience and can accommodate a range of taste preferences.
BeTheBoss: What advice would you offer a potential O’burger franchisee?
Go try one spend some time in a restaurant and ask the customers about their experience. You’ll understand right away why O’burger is loved by so many.
