PropertyGuys.com kicks off 2009 with four new franchise locations. Now ready to pound round after attending national PropertyGuys.com conference. PropertyGuys.com Inc., the country's largest private sale real estate network, is pleased to welcome four new franchise locations to its family. These new business owners are attending the five-day training session held in Moncton, NB on February 23 - 27, 2009, at PropertyGuys.com University (PGU). The upcoming graduates, all from Ontario, will be operating in Beaches / North York, Don Valley East / Willowdale, St. Thomas, and South Simcoe areas.
Shane Scott, Franchise Development Manager for PropertyGuys.com, states, "We are always pleased to add new franchise locations to the PropertyGuys.com team, but what is more exciting is the fact that we are growing in an economic time when our competitors are actually downsizing."
PropertyGuys.com has grown to over 110 franchise units in less than 6 years of franchising. Mr. Scott also added that, "Due to our recent announcement that our franchise owners will be offering mortgage services as part of their private sale packages, we expect an increase in the number of franchise requests for 2009. Our exclusive territories have gone fast in the past, and this announcement is sure to continue to that trend." The company has targeted three key areas for growth for 2009; Greater Toronto Area, Calgary, and Greater Vancouver Regional District.
