Alex leads Cushman & Wakefield's Vancouver Island investment-sales practice with a focus on medical office, multi-tenant retail, and mixed-use assets between $5M and $50M. Over a 16-year career he has closed more than $1.2B of transactions and advises both private capital and institutional clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio recapitalisations.
