The Investment

• Initial franchise fee: $35,000
• Total investment: approximately $300,001 - $400,000 (varies by site, build-out, and equipment)
• Royalty fee: 6% of gross sales
• Advertising fee: 2% of gross sales
• Term: standard franchise term with renewal options
