Training & Ongoing Support

We’re committed to setting you up for success from day one.

All franchisees complete a two-week training program combining hands-on experience and head office learning:

• Two weeks of in-store training with experienced franchisees

• 2 days of virtual head office training covering operations, marketing, staffing, bookkeeping, and pet care

Once your new store opens, you’ll continue to receive operational and marketing support – including regular on-site visits from your FBC and collaboration with our in-house marketing team to design and execute effective local campaigns.
