What we offer to launch & establish the success of our franchise partners:

  • Initial stages: Once the Franchise Agreement is complete, we coordinate site selection, lease negotiation, construction coordination and a Turn-Key Bakery designs that includes all equipment. By means of this support, you focus on  your store opening, team member hiring/training, and learning everything you can about operating your own Cinnzeo™ Bakery Café.
  • Fiscal Suggestions: Your success equates to OUR success. We want to see you grow! Business measurements and processes are an integral part of the process and a well-planned and thorough business plan is encouraged.
  • We take the lead when it comes to marketing! Our team regularly plans, designs, and launches Marketing, Advertising, & Limited Time Offers throughout the year. We involve our franchise partners and appreciate their recommendations.
  • Access to our ‘Expert’ operations team: We are an email, text, or phone call away for any support you may require.
  • Initial, Ongoing, & All-Inclusive Training: We are always improving, learning and advancing our training to support our franchise partners to become experts in their field. Our “Cinnzeo™ Bakery University” (CBU) is online and available anytime.
  • Technology: From our Point-of-Sale system, electronic menu boards, and specifically selected bakery equipment, we provide our franchise partners with efficient systems and resources to ensure their focus remains on their team, guests, and location's successful operations.
  • Goals & Growth: We want to hear from our partner network. Our Franchise Advisory Council supports our forward planning. We ensure there are scheduled meetings that help determine a plan of action to better serve our guests, improve operations, and contribute to our partner’s success.
  • Reduction of Food Waste & Sustainability: We care about the values throughout our network. We have embraced less food waste and the deficits incurred from the wasted product. We are reducing our waste and increasing our focus on the environment by the way of improved recycling, progressive food waste programming and the elimination of single service materials in all our locations.
