Everyone knows the importance of a good location. Although Mucho Burrito has the final approval on all locations, we strongly encourage franchisees to become involved in the site selection process. We are committed to listening and interested in receiving input from franchisees on locations. After a location has been found, the franchisee will work closely with the Mucho Burrito representatives to make sure the location meets the required criteria.
Preparation and information are critical factors needed for any business to succeed. At Mucho Burrito we recognize the need to spend quality time with each and every franchisee in a controlled environment. Franchisees undergo an intensive 5 week training program. It involves both classroom and in-store training from experienced corporate trainers who have previously operated successful Mucho Burrito restaurants. You will spend two weeks learning the basics of our offerings. Then you will attend 5 days of training in our education centre located at our head office in Richmond Hill. Finally your remaining two weeks of training is focused on the management side of the business, controlling food and labour costs, scheduling and ordering, management control systems and recruiting and training your staff. In addition, our restaurant openers will come to your restaurant during your first week of business to help you successfully open your restaurant.
