Since it was first discovered, flight has fascinated humanity, shifting the impossible to possible creating new adventures across the world.  We at Wing’n it offer a glimpse into the extraordinary world of aviation from our décor, to aviation themed menus, to our service all inspired by The Great Taste of Adventure.

Wing’n it Restaurants transports guests to a world of fun, variety and comfort in a family- focused environment.  We create a well-balanced experience with suitable lighting and music volumes, kids’ menus, comfortable seating, competitive pricing, menu variety, beverage options and great service.  Televisions are plentiful for the sports enthusiasts and a great mix of classic rock and new and old country music keeps the mood light and fun.

Design

Comfort and flow are key in our restaurant designs.  Exterior signs showcase our logo with visible lighting that can be seen from a distance during all hours.  Frosted logo coverings on the windows allow natural light into the restaurant while providing privacy for our diners.  Our interior colour and signature décor are consistent across all locations to ensure familiarity.

The restaurants are fitted with sections for 2 seat and 4 seat tables that can be grouped together for larger parties, 4-6 seat hand crafted booths for a more intimate area.  Each unique back bar design beautifully showcases our full line of spirits and wine.

Menu

Our menu strikes a perfect balance for both guests and business owners.  We feature an array of appetizers, salads, ribs, sandwiches, burgers, wraps as well as shareable flatbreads with creative toppings.  Best of all, our proprietary wings are second to none. Our attention to every detail during our recipe development and execution resulted in a wing that is moist yet crispy and the perfect size and portion for hungry guests.

For business owners the menu keeps a focus on competitive food cost.  Food portioning and a crossover of ingredients help to maximize profit while minimizing food wastage.  Low cost items are balanced with higher cost items that are a larger contribution to margin.  Our fresh ingredients, variety of menu options, creative flavours and attention to quality make Wing’n it a trend setter.

Marketing

Wing’n it’s advertising fund helps to manage and create community-minded chain-wide promotions that reach our target markets while also attracting new guests.  Some examples of our advertising platforms are social media, radio and television.  We help our franchisees with local marketing efforts specific to their location.  We launch an annual new menu design to keep things fresh adding new menu recipes, keeping guest favourites and removing items that no longer work. We run quarterly and seasonal LTO’s (Limited Time Offers), alcohol promotions, contests and more to maintain and grow the business and enhance franchise profitability.

Operational Support and Training

Your success as a franchisee rests on your desire to learn, a dedication to grow, passion for success and perseverance. Every new franchisee must be committed to the training program to learning every aspect of the company.   Feeling comfortable and capable in every task means that you know your business best, your operations are up to Wing’n it standards and your employees will be trained properly.

We help franchisees host a job fair and perform on-site interviews for potential employees.  Our orientation covers policies and procedures for new hires as well as full training for both front and back of house.  We teach you the business side of the restaurant industry including how to keep costs low, attract more business and manage employees. Finally, after a soft opening to get you started, we provide ongoing support, sales analysis and coaching from our corporate office.
