It was their mission to grill meat that melted in your mouth, mix coleslaw so fresh you’d think it was made at your table, and bake barbeque beans that set your mouth on fire. With this dream and an old collection of homemade recipes, they launched a dining experience akin to the South's hometown Bar-B-Q shacks. It's the kind of Bar-B-Q that you can call home.
