“We introduced the Molly Maid franchise concept to the U.S. market in 1984 and today there are more than 300 franchisees from coast to coast,” said McKinnon. “Molly Maid is a great success story and I am confident that Kristi will bring a franchisee-first attitude and her high-octane energy to fuel our continued growth.”

Ms. Mailloux is a fourteen-year veteran of Service Brands International, serving most recently as president of the 1-800-DryClean franchise operation. Prior to that Ms. Mailloux spent more than 10 years with Molly Maid in multiple positions throughout the company including vice president of operations.

“I’m very familiar with the Molly Maid system and all the franchisees, so I know the team will be receptive to a potent dose of “What if?” and “Why Not?”, said Mailloux. “We have a great franchise family and I look forward to continuing to build Molly Maid as the premier, home-services franchise.”
