Spiritleaf Inc., a subsidiary of Inner Spirit Holdings Ltd., has just announced that it has become a member of the Canadian Franchise Association (CFA). The leading franchise association in Canada, the CFA is recognized as a franchise authority countrywide and helps promote excellence among franchises in Canada. Each CFA member must follow the association's "Code of Ethics" regarding standards, practices, policies and conduct. 

This cannabis franchise has been gaining ground quickly. Spiritleaf has already granted 16 individual franchises across Canada.  It is about to embark on a nationwide tour to introduce its concept across the country in advance of its anticipated IPO later this fall to further increase its brand profile with the goal of being the most recognized cannabis retail brand in Canada .
